My healing journey began with health challenges that were stress induced. I had to find the answers to why I was in so my pain. During my self-discovery, I found that it was years of hiding hurt with work, caretaking and people-pleasing to prove I was worthy of a piece of happiness.
Like many of my clients, I learned through much pain and suffering what happens when we ignore our own needs. I spent years making sure everyone around me felt safe and cared for while quietly abandoning myself. I know what it’s like to pour from an empty cup, to smile through pain, to carry grief silently, and to forget your own worth, while hoping—just once—to be seen.
Everything shifted the moment I decided to set boundaries, to put myself first, and to finally give myself permission to slow down, tune in, and truly listen to what my mind, body, and spirit had been whispering all along.
That’s when I realized:
Self-care isn’t selfish. It isn’t a luxury.
It’s a lifeline.
The lessons that pain, heartbreak, and disappointment taught me—they saved me. And I knew I had to share them.
I do this work so that you can learn to love and value yourself more deeply than ever before. Because you are worth it.
As a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach, Grief Doula, Certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Instructor, and Integrative Health Educator, I created The Self-Care Method™ to help others return to themselves with love, intention, and compassion.
My approach is trauma-sensitive, soul-centered, and evidence-based. I blend mindfulness, somatic awareness, emotional regulation, and intuitive alignment to guide my clients back to wholeness—on their own terms.
Through personalized 1:1 coaching, digital courses, and self-paced eBooks, I offer gentle, practical tools to help you heal your story and reconnect with your authentic self.
While I support a diverse range of clients, I specialize with women and those aligned with feminine healing who are navigating stress, burnout, grief, life transitions, or simply a deep inner knowing that it’s time to come home to themselves.
If that’s you, welcome.
You are worthy of support, of softness, and of healing that lasts.
